How can we avail the P100 / P150 whole body massage?
You need to avail the Lifetime Membership to get the P100 whole body massage from 12pm-2am daily and P150 whole body massage from 2:01pm onwards.
How can we avail Personalize Membership?
Just go to the front desk, pay P250.00 and get the Personalized Lifetime Membership card. Once a member you can automatically avail the privilege given to the members
How can we avail Family Membership?
Pay P500.00 at the front desk and you can automatically get the Family Lifetime Membership card and avail existing promos
Does Membership cards has expiry date?
Since it’s a Lifetime Membership, both Personalize and Family cards don't have expiry dates.
Do you have limit for Family Members with more than two companions to avail the privilege?
No limit were given to Family Members with more than two companions. All of them can avail the same privilege.
Can we use Banahawa Heals Spa Membership Card to other branches?
Yes you can, provided that you bring along the Banahaw Heals Spa Lifetime Membership card with you and present it at the reception area.
Can our membership card be transferable to others?
Only those who avail Family Membership card can transfer or lend their card to their relatives and friends. Personalized Members are not allowed.
How can we do reservations?
Just contact us through our smart (+63.949.827.3133) and sun (+63.932.208.5136) cell line. Give us your name/s, how many are you, time of arrival in the spa and the prefered therapist if you have. We will respond through text or call for confirmation. But please be reminded that you are only given 15mins to be late on the committed time. If exceeded, time reserved will given to the next in line.
